Science Fun for Kids
High Touch High Tech brings STEM to life!
Over the past 20 years, High Touch High Tech has emerged as the leader in hands-on science programming. Our innovative & interactive programming has established HTHT with a reputation for excellence among teachers, students, parents, camp directors and school administrators alike.
Through exciting hands-on experiments, our programs are thoughtfully designed to stimulate young minds, activate the students' innate curiosity and nurture the child’s budding imagination. Alongside our team of professionals, students are guided through the learning process, becoming real scientists performing real experiments!
We are committed to moving STEM education forward within our community. HTHT of Maine is a proud supporter of the Science, Technology, Engineering & Math initiative.
My name is Genia Skulte, Ph.D, otherwise known by students as, "Dr. G"! I am the Regional Programming Director for High Touch High Tech of Maine. We bring hands-on, participatory, curriculum aligned science experiences right into the classroom. We turn a classroom into a living laboratory with our super fun "in school" field trips.
I earned a BS, MS, & Ph.D in Chemistry. My career highlights include significant chemical research as a tenured professor, and founding and directing university honors programs. In many ways what I have spent my entire career doing, has prepared me to pursue my greatest passion. Inspire children to engage with science. This is precisely what this organization does. INSPIRE. EXPLORE. ENGAGE.
High Touch High Tech is here to benefit the children of Maine.
